"They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." Acts 2:42
Our lives are very busy and chaotic nowadays.
The Men's Pray and Play group come together approximately once a week to slow down, keep Christ's presence alive and enjoy each others company.
The group usually starts in the Chapel and prays the Rosary together. Afterwards the group goes out and plays a sport (i.e. basketball, hockey) at one of the local gyms or rinks. The group welcomes men of all ages including teens.
Prayer strengthens the presence of God, and draws us closer to Him. The Church recommends that we pray frequently and make prayer an important part of our everyday lives.
